Every piece is made and painted by hand, and we pack each order ourselves. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
Because everything is handmade, a piece occasionally takes a little longer to be ready. If that happens we will always let you know. We cannot be held responsible for delays once a parcel is with the carrier, or for disruption outside our control.
Ceramics are fragile and we pack them with care, but if anything arrives damaged, email hello@dmliving.co.uk with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
