Every piece is made and painted by hand, and we pack each order ourselves. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
If something is not right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it for a full refund.

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Please pack ceramics carefully, as they are fragile in transit.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and checking your return.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email hello@dmliving.co.uk with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
